Buyer Map: Tilt365

Prepared for Pam Boney | Tilt365 | October 2026

As of Oct 8, 2026. Counts from published federal statistics on US businesses for 2022, described in the notes at the foot

This page maps two kinds of buyer for Tilt365 in the United States. The first is the organizations your solution page says Tilt365 is built for, sized from 100 staff up, where an HR or organization development lead usually owns team and leadership tools. The second is the coaches and consulting firms your certification is written for, who can sell and deliver Tilt365 to their own clients. It says nothing about which of them already use Tilt365.

Organizations by industry and size

US employers in the industries your solution page names, by everyone the whole organization employs, 2022.

Industry names are our plain labels for the federal codes in the notes, chosen as the closest match to the groups on your page. We read the 100 to 499 column as the mid-market your page names. Nonprofits with paid staff in these industries sit inside these rows rather than in a row of their own.

What no public count reaches

Three groups this page cannot size from a count of businesses, said in words rather than shown as numbers.

Independent coaches. A coach who works alone with no paid staff is not in a count of employer firms, so this page cannot say how many there are. They are found one by one, through their credentials and their own sites, in the named version.

State and local governments and public schools. Your page names them, but they are public bodies, so they are not in a count of businesses. They are found agency by agency in the named version.

Distributed and remote teams. Your page names them too, but no public count says which employers run their teams remotely, so every row above counts each employer at its size.

Three openings

Where the counts point.

Software companies in the middle.

About 640 US software companies have 100 to 499 staff. Your page names tech and SaaS companies and the mid-market, and this row is one clear place the two meet.

Health care organizations.

About 1,300 hospital organizations and 2,400 physician, clinic and other ambulatory care organizations in the US have 500 or more staff. Your page names health care, and these are the larger employers in two of its biggest parts.

Human resources consulting and training firms as practitioners.

About 7,600 human resources consulting firms and 7,700 leadership and management training firms have paid staff in the US. Your certification lets them sell and deliver Tilt365, so each firm you certify can bring Tilt365 to its own clients.

Denominators, definitions and sources

  1. Counts are employer firms in the federal annual statistics of US businesses, 2022. A firm is every location under one owner, sized by paid employees across the whole firm in the mid-March 2022 pay period. A firm active in several industries is counted in each.
  2. Industry codes: 511210 software publishers; 5415 computer systems design and related services; 622 hospitals; 621 ambulatory health care services, which also holds dental, home health and lab firms; 52 finance and insurance; 61 educational services; 541612 human resources consulting services; 611430 professional and management development training; 541611 administrative management and general management consulting services.
  3. Organizations with no paid staff and government bodies are not counted. Built from published federal statistics, counts banded deliberately. Figures of 100 and over are rounded to two significant figures, figures from 10 to 99 to the nearest ten, and figures below 10 are shown as under 10.

The named version of this page, the actual organizations inside a row, is built one row at a time. If you want to walk through a row together, pick a time at cal.com/ecg. Prepared by Matthew, matthew@enquirerconsulting.com.
